Create binary mask(s) from one or more input images by setting each voxel as true or false given a threshold and a condition applied to the input.

Inputs

Input image(s).

Type: Image, List, Required, Single

Output mask(s).

Type: Mask, List

Set the threshold. Voxels which do not fulfill the combination of the Threshold and Condition will be set to False.

Select the condition of the threshold.

Values: Greater Than, Greater or Equal, Lower, Lower or Equal, Equal, Not Equal
