This is a hotfix to fix some issues in version 1.1.2, please see Version 1.1.2 for major changes.

Fixed bug that would generate strange results when using slice wise processing in binary morphological filters Contour and Fill Hole.
Fixed bug in Create Time Series that would generate corrupt metadata.
