Settings

Bins Integer

Sets the number of bins for the histogram(s).

Automatic Bounds Boolean

If TRUE, the bounds for each histogram will be the lowest and highest voxel value in each image.

Lower Bound Number

If not using automatic bounds this value will be used as the lower bound for all histograms.

Upper Bound Number

If not using automatic bounds this value will be used as the upper bound for all histograms.

Logarithmic Scale Boolean

If TRUE the histogram will be presented in a logarithmic scale.
