Generates a grid in the attached image space. This can be useful to evaluate registrations and deformation, or to illustrate scale.

Settings

Sigma Number

The standard deviation of the low pass filter applied to the grid. Must be larger than 0.

Value Number

The voxel value in spaces between grid lines. The value in the grid lines is always 0.

Offset X (mm) Number

Offset in mm of the first grid line in X-direction. Offset can be negative, but the grid is not generated further than the extent of the original image so this is not recommended.

Offset Y (mm) Number

Offset in mm of the first grid line in Y-direction. Offset can be negative, but the grid is not generated further than the extent of the original image so this is not recommended.

Offset Z (mm) Number

Offset in mm of the first grid line in Y-direction. Offset can be negative, but the grid is not generated further than the extent of the original image so this is not recommended.

Spacing X (mm) Number

Spacing in mm between center of grid lines in X-direction.

Spacing Y (mm) Number

Spacing in mm between center of grid lines in Y-direction.

Spacing Z (mm) Number

Spacing in mm between center of grid lines in Z-direction.
