Settings

Voxel Size

New Voxel Size X (mm) Number

Defines the physical voxel size in the x-direction.

New Voxel Size Y (mm) Number

Defines the physical voxel size in the y-direction.

New Voxel Size Z (mm) Number

Defines the physical voxel size in the z-direction.

Interpolator Selection

Specifies which interpolation method should be used for the resampling. Default is Linear interpolation.

Values: NearestNeighbour, Linear, BSpline, Gaussian, BlackmanWindowedSinc, CosineWindowedSinc, HammingWindowedSinc, LanczosWindowedSinc, WelchWindowedSinc
